CPM awarded TOP employer

The CPM Group has been rated "very good" as an employer and has been awarded the "TOP Employer" seal by the German Institute for Quality Standards and Testing (DIQP).

The employer seal "TOP Employer" of the DIQP was awarded after a comprehensive evaluation of the company. In addition to a representative, anonymous survey of the employees, this evaluation also included an interview with the HR department, in which the services of the CPM Group as an employer were queried.

The award is based on the good working conditions and further training opportunities in the company. An important criterion for the award was also the question of whether the employees would recommend the company as an employer. In addition, the CPM Group convinces with the creation of a healthy work-life balance, so that the interests of the employees and the range of services of the company are balanced.

The German Institute for Quality Standards and Testing, which developed the employer seal, is a registered association that develops various standards for quality seals. Organizations can be certified by SQC-QualityCert according to the standards of the DIQP.

The Label-online.de platform described the “Top Employer (DIQP)” award for employers as “particularly recommendable”. Label-online.de is funded by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection (BMJV).
