Ronald is the founder and managing director of CPM Group with a track record of 10+ years experience in commercial excellence consulting and implementation.

Beside his managing function, Ronald is the engine that powers the CPM Group. As a global executive actively working in diverse areas, he recognises and understands problems our customers face, even before they described them. Ronald is a volcano of ideas and initiatives which he develops into valuable solutions to improve our customer’s performance.

Georgia’s exceptional attitude is loved by our customers and the team: She takes care – everyone trusts her. That is why Georgia is highly booked and appreciated for individual help, such as mySalesDNA support and user trainings. Georgia is a quick learner who goes the extra mile for our customers to make any of our projects success. 

Georgia holds a Bachelor in Management and Entrepreneurship, with a specialization in digital innovation and strategic management at University of Applied Sciences of WKW in Vienna.

He is enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and a quick learner. There is no challenge he cannot cope with. He masters complex problems easily and is highly commited to our client’s goals.  As allrounder he will show up in our joint consultancy projects or as your trainer once you join a workshop of our Sales Academy.
